LINEN STAINS AND DAMAGES
We encourage our guests to always be neat and leave the space orderly as consideration to fellow guests, as well as our staff. If by chance we find that there are stains in the linen and damages in the unit, we will add the extra charges in correspondence to the list below:

ANY DAMAGE TO PROPERTY - MINIMUM OF PHP 10,000.00 AND 50% ADDITIONAL FROM SRP FROM OUR AUTHORIZED SUPPLIERS.

*Please note as well that the damaged linen can be brought home by the guest.
PREMIUM GUEST CHARGES
10 PM QUIET TIME- This will be strictly implemented as we also have other guests, please be mindful of your neighbors. First offense will be verbal warning, second and succeeding offenses will be charged Php 1,500.00.
NO SMOKING- Strictly no smoking of cigarette, vape, etc. inside the rooms and property. Kindly proceed to designated smoking areas if there is any. Please note that Baguio City has Ordinance No. 8 also known as the Comprehensive Anti-Smoking Ordinance of Baguio City and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. For noncompliance of this: first offense will be verbal warning, second and succeeding offenses will be charged Php 1,500.00.
MOVING OF FURNITURE- To prevent occurrences of damages and breaking of property, transferring of furniture and appliances from one floor to another will be charged Php 5,000.00.
